I spent twenty-five years on the frontline as a paramedic. I held people through the worst moments of their lives. I managed crisis as a daily reality. I worked directly with the Department of Health and shaped care that my colleagues still deliver today.
Then I built a business. I took it to six figures. And I lost it, in public.
I have navigated failure at the level most people only fear. I rebuilt myself underneath it. I learned the difference between the work that looks like progress and the work that changes you.
I spent too long in the wrong rooms with the wrong people, working for values that were never mine, listening to the voice that told me I was not enough for the life I wanted.
