Wild and Visible
This notice explains what personal information I collect, why, how I keep it safe and the choices you have. I keep it short and plain. If anything is unclear, email me at hello@wildandvisible.com.
Wild and Visible is run by Victoria (Vicky) Denning, a sole trader based near Bristol, UK. I am the data controller for the information described here.
More personal information. In mentorship you may choose to tell me about things like your health, menopause or wellbeing. I only record what helps our work, I ask for your clear consent first, and you can ask me to remove it at any time.
I use trusted services to run my business. They only use your information to provide their service to me.
Some of these services may store information outside the UK. When they do, they use recognised safeguards such as standard contractual clauses.
Cookies are small files saved by your browser. Google Analytics and the Meta (Facebook) Pixel only run if you say yes when my site asks, and you can change your mind by clearing cookies for this site. My quiz pages also save a small random code so I can count visits and see which version of a page works better. It does not identify you. Booking tools such as Calendly set their own cookies so the booking works.
Your client portal has its own secure login, and only you and I can see what is in it. I use secure, password protected services and keep access to your information to me.
You can ask to see the information I hold about you, correct it, delete it, limit how I use it, take a copy of it, or object to how I use it. Email hello@wildandvisible.com and I'll reply within one month.
If you are unhappy with how I handle your information, please tell me first so I can put it right. I'll let you know I've received it within 30 days, look into it properly and tell you what I've done. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
I'll update this notice if anything changes. Last updated 24 October 2026.
